We will accompany you on viewings and once you have found a property we will require the following:

The completed application set

A holding deposit of £100.00

A deposit is required usually equal to one months rental plus £100

The first month’s rent and deposit is payable in advance to ensure cleared funds. We undertake References through specialist referencing company (In some cases a guarantor may be required)
